Disease prevention, delaying the onset of disabilities related to aging and improving the overall quality of life are paramount staff goals.  Irregardless of your fitness level or health condition, members at Fit For Life feel comfortable in a personalized program supervised by expert trainers.    

Fit For Life is operated by Stratford Development Corporation, who specializes in developing and managing continuing care facilities for mature adults in Eastern Jackson County.
